Can items be viewed in person?
Absolutely! We encourage you to come view items in person prior to bidding so you can ensure you are satisfied with the item quality. Items can viewed on a walk in basis during our normal business hours or by scheduling an appointment for a different time.

Are there warranties on items in the auctions?
No. All items are sold as is on the lot, and there are no warranties or guarantees with our items. Since many of our items will have been used prior to making it to our lot we encourage you ask any questions you may have and view the item prior to bidding.

Do you offer shipping?
Shipping is offered at the buyer’s expense. The cost of shipping is determined at the time of shipment using either USPS or UPS rates, and then charged to the buyer.

How do I bid on an item? What is a Buyer's Premium?
You will need to register through our online bidding platform HiBid.com and complete the registration process in order to bid on an item. If you have any questions about this process, please call our office so we can assist you.
A buyer’s premium is a transaction fee added on to the winning bid to be paid by the buyer as part of the Auctioneer’s compensation. The fees are listed in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I consign my items with you?
Yes! We offer consignment opportunities and are always happy to help sell your items through our online auctions. We specialize in farm, ranch, and heavy equipment & machinery, but are open to a wide variety of items.
To ensure a great experience for both sellers and buyers, we ask that items be in relatively good condition and of decent quality. If you’re unsure whether you item is a good fit, please reach out-we’d be glad to answer any questions and take a look and guide you through the next steps.
